The Customer Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer tire orders from their assigned Tire Hub Logistics Centers (TLCs). The position collaborates with their Assistant TLC Leader and Customer Service Specialist to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
This role reports to the Tire Hub Assistant Logistic Center (ATLC) Leader and is assigned to and works from a TLC.

This position has a starting wage of $20.30 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year of employment with Tire Hub. Offer includes a sign-on bonus. Eligibility for and payment of the sign-on bonus is contingent upon continuous active employment through the bonus payment date, which is expected to occur on or about January 20, 2027.
Monday through Saturday – Fluctuating day shift hours.

- Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
- Delivery Service (up to 75%)
- Vehicle Loading and unloading (10%)
- Vehicle inspection & cleaning (5%)
- Customer Service (5%)
- Other assigned tasks (up to 5%)
- Adjustments to these allocations are made as business needs evolve.
- Conducts daily assigned route deliveries at 90% on time.
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and records tires on Tire Hub vehicles for delivery to and from customers.
- Verifies the accuracy of tire selection, packing, weighting, marking, and counting for customer orders. Performs necessary counting, tallying and documentation of inventory control.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols during tire handling, including proper loading, unloading, stacking, and restacking.
- Maintains assigned vehicle in good mechanical condition and ensures safe operation of Tire Hub vehicles.
- Conducts pre-trip vehicle inspections at the beginning of each assigned route and promptly reports any operational issues or mechanical defects to TLC Leadership or designated employee.
- Participates and maintains ongoing training requirement through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned. Completes other tasks assigned by manager or another member of leadership.
- Conducts post-trip vehicle inspections at the end of each assigned route, each workday and promptly reports any operational issues or mechanical defects to TLC Leadership or designated employee.
- Completes all the necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs, on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all Tire Hub policies and procedures, as well as Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
- Records all working hours accurately, and reviews/approves weekly timesheet by close of business on final day worked each week.
- Notifies TLC Leader/AOL of any timesheet errors or discrepancies for daily correction.
- Completes other tasks assigned by TLC Leadership.
- Acknowledges and collects data on customer account issues and service concerns and escalates immediately to the customer service team/TLC Leader/AOL of issues for a resolution.
- Collects Proof of Delivery (POD) from customers.
- Collects payments from customers for merchandise delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
