Warehouse Order Selector GM

Fill store orders accurately, productively, and safely while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select orders using a voice‑activated unit.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves as instructed on the voice‑activated unit.
• Build pallets and sort merchandise.
• Open product cases.
• Deliver completed orders to the shipping clerk for shipment.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus at least one year of general work experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
• Familiarity with distribution‑center terms and processes.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Lift truck certification or license.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• At least six months of warehouse experience.
