Part-Time CPA​/Accountant

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of part‑time, high level, CFO/Accountant with experience in manufacturing. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual who can efficiently manage financial records and assist in preparing financial presentations.

• Maintain accurate GAAP financial records and company financial statements
• Review and management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements.
• Prepare GAAP financial reports and summaries for management review from QB.
• Prepare departmental budgets and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with external accountants for tax filings and audits.
• Preparation of board and investor decks
• Preparation of monthly financial pack

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial statements, and balance sheet preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting software Quick Books and Hubspot CRM.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting business administration, or related field or CPA certification.
• Respect for others and a team approach to problem solving
• Low to NO drama is appreciated.
