Tax Preparer – Full Time (In Person)

• Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax status and documentation
• Identify and apply tax strategies to reduce or defer tax liabilities
• Assist with audits and tax authority correspondence as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely filings

• 1–3 years of recent experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
• Experience with commercial tax preparation software (Drake Tax preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience researching tax code
