As a Tax Associate, you’ll work closely with clients in diverse industries, preparing tax returns, conducting research, and identifying opportunities for tax savings and process improvements. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values technical excellence, proactive communication, and strong client relationships.

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns for clients, including supporting trial balances.
• Assist with tax research, planning, and consulting projects.
• Organize and analyze financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and answer questions in a professional, approachable manner.
• Identify potential tax-saving strategies and process improvements.
• Stay current on relevant federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines andmaintainquality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accountingora related field.
• Eligibility to work toward CPA licensure
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles andtaxconcepts.
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• The ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A mindset that blends accuracy with efficiency, and technicalskillwithpeopleskills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
