Overview
Come join our Annual Giving team and make an impact at Utah Valley University! You’ll help coordinate and manage fundraising and recognition projects and ensure initiatives run smoothly. Responsibilities- Assist the Annual Giving team to support the development, execution, and assessment of extensive fundraising initiatives. Collaborate with Institutional Advancement teams including Accounting, Data & Gift Processing, as well as other campus partners. Assist with annual donor stewardship and recognition process, ensuring sending of appropriate gift level thank you cards, letters, and other pieces as applicable.
- Coordinate a comprehensive calendar of the Annual Giving team’s appeals and campaigns and oversee project management deadlines, notifying responsible parties of due dates. Manage project management tools used by the team to ensure project deadlines and tasks are completed. Schedule department and team meetings and take minutes.
- Manage office inventory and supplies and assist with employee giving and employee appreciation. Monitor budget and assist with planning retreats and compile data for reports/presentations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned from the Director of Annual Giving.
Associate's degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience related to the summary of duties; OR any combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge - Project management software, Annual Giving, higher education experience, organization, working knowledge of donor databases a plus, customer service/donor recognition experience preferred.
- Skills - Microsoft suite, interpreting data, Click Up or other project management experience, typing.
- Abilities - Good interpersonal skills, able to manage various relationships with differing teams across department and university, excellent communication skills, able to work 9am-5pm M-F.
