Responsibilities- Leads and coordinates Dean’s Office projects and cross-functional initiatives, serving as the primary administrative point of contact. Develops project timelines, tracks deliverables, monitors key performance indicators KPIs, and ensures initiatives remain on schedule. Prioritizes and organizes competing projects and operational tasks to support the Dean’s strategic objectives. Coordinates logistics for major initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement efforts, including collaboration with internal partners and potential donors.
Communicates project progress and outcomes to leadership and relevant stakeholders. - Oversees the daily operations of the Dean’s Office to ensure efficient and professional administrative support. Coordinates workflow among administrative staff, establishes process improvements, and supports implementation of new systems or technology to enhance efficiency. Assists in developing and maintaining administrative procedures consistent with institutional policies. Supports compliance-related initiatives and helps ensure administrative practices align with university guidelines. Supervises and supports administrative staff, including assigning and prioritizing work, creating schedules, monitoring time reporting, and troubleshooting workload or scheduling conflicts.
Provides day-to-day guidance and mentoring, conducts regular check-ins, and manages performance evaluation processes. - Provides high-level administrative support to the Dean and senior leadership, including managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling sensitive or confidential correspondence. Serves as a liaison between the Dean’s Office and senior administrators. Participates in assigned committees or meetings, taking notes, distributing information, and following up on action items.
- Assists in coordinating official communications related to administrative functions in collaboration with Marketing & Communications. Helps manage messaging, prepare reports, and support public-facing administrative initiatives. Maintains professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates accreditation and compliance documentation processes, including maintaining audit-ready records for AACSB and other required reporting. Compiles and validates data for accreditation reports, faculty qualification tracking, and strategic metrics. Collaborates with departments to gather documentation, provides guidance on data standards and timelines, and monitors reporting requirements to support compliance. Elevates potential gaps or concerns to leadership for review.
