Sonepar -  - Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and ensure each call is transferred to the appropriate party while backing up the receptionist;
Greets and screens visitors, routing them to appropriate area or person;
Coordinates meetings by booking conference room, making sure necessary IT supplies are available and operational, and coordinating catering;
Provide administrative support to all corporate and supply chain departments;
Coordinates with IT to ensure that all office equipment is functioning appropriately
