Part-Time Filing Clerk

The Filing Assistant is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving documents and records for Summit Athletic Club. This role ensures that files are accurately stored, easily accessible, and kept up to date, supporting efficient day-to-day office operations. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking entry-level work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents according to established systems
• Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Retrieve files and documents upon request from staff or management
• Scan, copy, and digitize paper records on a daily basis
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Perform routine audits of files to ensure completeness and proper organization
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
