HR & Admin Specialist

Glide Cleaners, a trusted dry cleaning and laundry service in San Francisco, is seeking an HR & Admin Specialist to support daily people operations and office administration. In this role, you'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, scheduling, and payroll preparation while providing front-office support and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll collaborate closely with managers and team members, ensuring smooth communication, organized processes, and a welcoming, service-focused workplace that reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and community-focused customer care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR and administrative operations for Glide Cleaners
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate HR files, timekeeping, and attendance records
• Assist with scheduling, payroll preparation, and benefits administration support
• Provide front-office support, answering phones and greeting visitors
• Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic employment regulations
• Support managers with performance review tracking and training logistics
• Order and track office supplies and administrative materials
• Contribute to a service-oriented, team-focused work environment
