The Replenishment Buyer manages inventory levels to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts and excess inventory, and support overall procurement efficiency through data analysis and supplier coordination.

• Monitor inventory levels and demand to determine replenishment needs
• Create and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and supplier agreements
• Work with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any issues
• Track orders and shipments to maintain continuity of supply
• Analyze inventory trends, usage, and lead times to improve stock levels
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to align supply with demand
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP systems
• Flag and escalate potential supply risks or delays

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Cannabis industry experience highly preferred
• Experience with wholesale disposeable and/or custom print experience beneficial

• Competitive pay ($75,000‑$85,000 annually)
