• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Typically 6+ years of professional experience, particularly in SaaS, software, or payment processing
• Proven ability to motivate and guide a team to success
