Senior Process Reengineering Specialist (100% Remote)
Stop "improving" processes and start rebuilding them.
We are looking for a Senior Process Reengineering Specialist to serve as the lead architect for a high-stakes divisional shift to Backend Sales Operations
. This isn’t a role for a generalist; we need a technical visionary who lives in Microsoft Visio and understands that a world-class workflow is only as good as the Organizational Design behind it.
You will lead end-to-end transformations—mapping complex "As-Is" states, designing high-fidelity swimlane diagrams
, and identifying the critical role realignments (and eliminations) required to support a new operating model. You’ll sit at the intersection of IT Systems and Human Capital
, translating business needs into functional specs that actually work.
- Architect the Future State: Lead cross-functional workshops to redesign business workflows and document them using advanced Microsoft Visio (swimlanes are a must).
- Organizational Design: Assess the impact of process changes on headcount. Identify role modifications, staff realignments, or position eliminations.
- System Integration: Evaluate how redesigned processes impact IT systems and data flows, ensuring technology enablement aligns with the new model.
- Own the Transition: Partner with Backend Sales Operations to define new governance, develop RACI matrices, and ensure a seamless handoff of responsibilities.
- 7+ Years of
Experience:
Proven track record in business process reengineering (BPR), transformation, or operational excellence. - Visio Mastery: You are an expert at creating detailed, technical process maps that stakeholders and IT teams alike can follow.
- Change Management Backbone: Experience leading organizational change, including the sensitive nature of role redesign and workforce transition planning.
- Analytical Mindset: Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT and automation teams.
