Business Development Specialist

I’m looking for two more business development representatives that want to master the art of reaching out to clients and getting them to say yes to one of the most disruptive offers in local business marketing. We do this with cold email, cold calling, and SMS.

We specifically work with remodeling companies. And our success rate is belligerently high. We built a system that works for remodelers and brings in six‑figure contracts for them and we show them how this whole system works for free. That is your ammunition.

Our current representatives set between four and 10 meetings per day. Our systems work, and our training is clean.

Pay is simple, a base to keep you alive and commissions that are uncapped. And if Sales proves to be your thing, we offer very clean, vertical ascension into the next role.

This is an in‑office role, for someone who is a hustler. We do have incredible snacks though.

No, Pryor experience required. Just a drive to learn Sales, and a willingness to really care about the person that’s on the other end of the phone.
