Job

Overview

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Claims Management development team.

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead a key product used by thousands of customers each week. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including engineering, design, customer service, and leadership—to gather insights, align on priorities, and deliver impactful solutions.

You’ll use data, customer feedback, and user research to identify opportunities, improve existing features, and build new ones. You’ll launch enhancements, measure outcomes, and continuously refine the user experience.

Working closely with design and engineering, you’ll drive efficient, high‑quality delivery while guiding the product through the development lifecycle. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, manage priorities, and ensure projects stay on track.

We’re looking for a hands‑on PM who is passionate about building great products and turning ideas into results.

Responsibilities
  • Determine what our customers need. Leverage internal and external sources, conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyze behavior and develop solutions.
  • Categorize business problems and conduct competitive research to provide inputs to design in order to produce solutions.
  • Craft and maintain the product backlog. Work with design and engineering teams to define, groom, and execute epics & features that drive the most value to our customers.
  • Communicate & coordinate. Work with designers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to capture problems in user stories and ensure features, epics, and releases are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate acceptance criteria and find the right balance of scope for now vs. later.
  • Provide strong evidence and rationale for decision making.
  • Seamless integration with fellow product managers to ensure that all teams are running in the same manner.
  • Rigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, features, and design.
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience and success in B2B/SaaS/Web in product management positions.
  • Demonstrated experience in the P&C insurance/insurtech industry.
  • The mentality to do what's best for the product and our customers.
  • Experience leading substantial aspects of product management. That means identifying opportunities, defining a product roadmap, creating business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results.
  • A data‑driven approach to scope and priority management.
  • Exceptional communication & organization skills.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Trello or equivalent project‑management software.
Benefits Experience
  • Choose from 2 robust medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield—plus, we contribute to your HSA when you enroll in our high‑deductible health plan.
  • Offer two dental plans and one vision plan to keep you and your family healthy.
