Internship Program Overview

The Macdillions Global Energy Internship Program is a learning-focused, non‑employment program created to help participants gain practical experience, professional mentorship, and career exposure within a corporate environment.

This program is unpaid and structured in compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor (FLSA) guidelines

Learning Responsibilities
  • Observe and assist with professional workflows
  • Support research, documentation, and planning activities
  • Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices
  • Participate in mentorship check‑ins and feedback sessions
  • Complete learning‑based assignments and reflections
  • Interns do not independently manage operations, clients, or revenue‑generating activities.
