Job Duties
  • Supports the daily operations of the Merchandising Team and responds to internal and external inquiries.
  • Assists with the preparation and proofing of data, style lists, or reports for assigned tasks and analyzes reporting for insights.
  • Curates product for marketing purposes, evaluates vendor products, and selects those best suited to campaigns.
  • Enters, updates, manages, and tracks Purchase Orders for core buys, recommends re‑orders, and helps analyze performance.
  • Reviews competitor promotions and pricing, and makes suggestions on pricing, promotions, and assortment.
  • Recommends process changes to improve service, quality, and/or reduce costs.
  • Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; able to professionally interact with suppliers and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and decision‑making skills; able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines, work independently, and be proactive.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and work effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of office experience, preferably in an e‑Commerce setting.
  • Degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods. The position requires general office functions, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
