Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

• Base Salary from $140-160K/yr. DOE + Bonus

Required Experience/Skills/

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, collaborative approach.
• Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, collaborative approach.
• Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.
