Industry: Heavy Civil / Underground Utilities
We’re working with a growing heavy civil contractor that’s built a strong reputation delivering complex infrastructure projects including water, sewer, storm drain, and pressurized pipeline systems. This team is known for high standards in safety, quality, and execution—and they’re looking for a Wet Utilities Superintendent who can run work the right way.
What You’ll Do- Lead field operations for wet utility scopes (water, sewer, storm drain, pressurized systems)
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and production to hit schedule and budget targets
- Coordinate daily with project managers, inspectors, and municipalities
- 5–10+ years of experience in heavy civil underground utilities
- Proven track record running crews and delivering production
- Strong knowledge of pipe installation, plans, and specifications
- Experience with deep excavations, trench protection systems, and live tie-ins
