Locations:
San Antonio (Texas) | Cedar Rapids (Iowa) | Salt Lake City (Utah)
Salary: $125,000-$150,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package
We are representing a rapidly expanding Cost Consultancy delivering some of the largest and most exciting hyperscale data centre developments across the United States.
Partnering with leading developers, global technology companies, and major cloud providers, our client is at the forefront of the booming mission‑critical construction sector and is continuing to secure landmark projects across North America.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors / Senior Cost Managers to relocate to the US and support major hyperscale data centre developments across:
- San Antonio, Texas
- Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- Salt Lake City, Utah
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high‑performing consultancy delivering cutting‑edge projects for some of the world’s biggest tech and infrastructure clients, while gaining exposure to large‑scale campus‑style developments in one of the fastest‑growing construction sectors globally.
The RoleYou will provide full pre and post‑contract cost management services across major hyperscale and mission‑critical projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Managing procurement and contract administration processes
- Producing monthly commercial reports and forecasting
- Managing variations, change control, and commercial risk
- Supporting project delivery across complex multi‑phase developments
- Liaising with developers, contractors, consultants, and client teams
- Assisting with final accounts and commercial close‑out
- Supporting stakeholder reporting and project financial management
Projects will include large‑scale data centre campuses, mission‑critical infrastructure, and highly technical facilities for leading global technology and cloud clients.
Requirements- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong pre and post‑contract Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience delivering major construction projects
- Data centre, mission‑critical, industrial, infrastructure, or complex commercial project experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational abilities
- Ambitious mindset with a desire to progress within a growing consultancy
