Project Manager - Water Wastewater Infrastructure

Overview

Ground floor opportunity with an established company building a new team. The client is a leading self-performing general contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead water/wastewater infrastructure projects in Utah. The company specializes in excavation, underground utilities, and concrete work, prioritizing safety, quality, and long-term team development.

Project Manager – water/wastewater infrastructure projects in Utah.

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee site development, water/wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and related civil scopes.
• Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead change order management, pay applications, and RFIs.
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Experience working on water infrastructure, site development, or municipal utility projects.
• Proven track record in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and schedule performance.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, P6, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year. Employee ownership; opportunities for growth; collaborative, people-first culture with field and office teams working closely together.
