Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Superintendent
Under the direction of the general superintendent, the project superintendent is primarily responsible to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget and act as a liaison between the organization, the general sub contractors, the crews, and the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
- Supervise the entire scope of work on construction projects including the management of foremen and crews, subcontractors, and materials delivery.
- Assist with public relations within the community.
- Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
- Maintain insurable driving record.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
Education and/or
Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management or four years experience as a superintendent managing large horizontal construction projects.
- Experience managing construction field operations.
