• Plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end.
• Hire subcontractors and work with engineers and architects as needed, and keep track of an inventory of equipment and materials.
• Have previous experience in construction management projects and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required.
• Be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.

• 8+ years Experience in heavy civil public and private work
• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Must have good computer and communication skills.
• Must be a team player
