Operator expertise in grading and demolition

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer loaders for grading, excavation, and demolition tasks.
• Load, move, and spread materials such as soil, gravel, and debris.
• Prepare and maintain job sites by grading and leveling surfaces according to project specifications.
• Assist in demolition projects, including concrete demo, structures, debris etc.…
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team members and report progress and issues to supervisors.

• Proven experience operating skid stees and loaders in grading and demolition projects.
• Valid operator certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
