Content & Conversation Curator; Volunteer

We’re looking for a climate-fluent content curator to keep our platform engaging, relevant, and discussion-driven.

Time Commitment: 5-8+ hours/week

Location: Remote

Your core output: 2–3 high-quality posts per week that spark real discussion.

• Publish weekly climate news roundups
• Post polls and discussion prompts
• Highlight high-performing content
• Maintain a simple content calendar

• Tag relevant members in posts
• Ask strong, specific questions
• Engage early commenters to build momentum
• Track and iterate on what drives engagement

• Encourage members to contribute content
• Highlight standout posts and voices
• Support member-led publications
• Build reusable content templates

• Shape the voice of a global climate platform
• Collaborate with engagement and content teams
• Build expertise in climate storytelling and engagement
• Access a global network
• Path to Content or Engagement Lead roles

Background:

• Experience in content, journalism, or social media
• Strong writing skills
• Familiarity with climate topics
