What you’ll Get to do:Farm Bureau Bank is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team and gain real-world experience in an in-house creative environment. This role will support the design and production of digital and print materials that help drive our brand forward — working on everything from social graphics to internal communications and promotional collateral. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and eager to learn, with a good eye for design and the willingness to take feedback and run with it.
Essential Functions:- Assist in designing marketing materials including: social media graphics, email banners, flyers, brochures, and signage, presentation decks, website and intranet graphics.
- Work within Farm Bureau Bank’s Branding Guidelines, marketing policies and procedures to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Help with production work, image editing, resizing, and file formatting.
- Participate in team planning huddles, brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
- Support internal team with file organization and creative asset management.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
- Must be creative, detail‑oriented, and efficient.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and willing to pitch in where needed.
- Knowledge or familiarity of the Agricultural Community and the Banking Industry is preferred.
- College attendees or recent graduates majoring in graphic design, visual communications, marketing or a related field.
