Graphics Designer at IMBD Agency

We are seeking a Graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self‑starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for various mediums.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva to create high‑quality graphics.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, clients and VSMM Manager to understand project requirements and ensure their vision is realized.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques and technology to stay ahead of the curve.
• Work with the creative team to ensure design consistency across all projects.
• Produce designs that are visually appealing, engaging, and meet project objectives.
• Prepare designs for digital, print and multimedia formats.
• Review final products to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Continuously improve and refine design skills through research and experimentation.
• Any other related task assigned by the management.

• 1 year or more industry experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
• Excellent visual and typographical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and Project Manager.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles.
• Knowledge of digital media formats and web design best practices.
• Familiarity with print production processes and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Continual learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Bachelor degree completed, or running student from any kind of IT discipline subject. If you are skilled enough, we will consider your educational background.

• Must possess a can‑do attitude.
• Have to work as a project manager where necessary.
• Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications.
• Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
• Experience with some video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good in English.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Negotiable.

Employment Status:
Full time at the office.

Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 months.

Compensation and other benefits:
According to the company policy.

Note:

There will be a 1-3 month provisional period when we will pay 50% to 70% of the salary.
