Graphic Designer; In-Office

Lou Lou and Company is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in an in-office, part-time role. This position will help bring the Lou Lou and Company brand to life across a variety of customer touchpoints, from product packaging and surface patterns to website graphics, email campaigns, social, ads, events and more.

• Packaging Design:
  Create and update packaging artwork and product graphics while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Surface Pattern Design:
  Develop original patterns, prints, and artwork for products and brand applications.
• Social Media Graphics:
  Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and ongoing content.
• Printed Catalogs:
  Design layouts and graphics for seasonal and product catalogs, ensuring a polished and easy-to-navigate customer experience.
• Website Banners & Graphics:
  Create digital assets for the website, including banners, promotional graphics, product features, and seasonal campaigns.
• Email Graphics:
  Design visually compelling graphics and assets for email marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Event Graphics:
  Create branded materials and graphics for trade shows, events, pop-ups, and other company experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency across all visual communications.
• Help evolve and strengthen the Lou Lou and Company visual identity across print and digital platforms.
• Collaborating with teams overseas

• Strong graphic design skills with a creative, polished, and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience designing for both print and digital.
• A strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with packaging design and/or surface pattern design is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (photoshop, illustrator, in Design) Canva, Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• A strong eye for detail and consistency.
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
