Vantage Marketing is seeking a friendly and organized Entry-Level Customer Support Representative to join our Orem team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, handling inquiries, and supporting a fast-paced sales and leadership environment. No prior experience is required — we provide full training.

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and prospective team members

• Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and sales support tasks

• Provide accurate information about programs, sales opportunities, and events

• Document customer and team interactions in the company system

• Follow up with leads, clients, and team members to ensure satisfaction

• Resolve basic issues and escalate concerns when necessary

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Entry-level role — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM or scheduling software

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Interest in leadership development, sales, or personal growth is a plus

• $16–18/hour based on experience
