- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow‑up time
- Communicate with customers effectively
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Two to three years of dealership experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Great attitude, honesty, ethics and highest integrity
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long‑term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
