- Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of UE Systems Products and at customer locations with a focus on the OnTrak Smart Lube system.
- Support our existing customers to ensure the continued value of our solutions by building long-lasting relationships through mutually beneficial partnerships. This can include onsite or virtual training and support.
- Represent the voice of the customer in our strategic plans for UE Systems. This includes new and better ways to support our customers and help with ideas for future products and enhancements.
- Contribute to regular Regional Teams meetings and any specific Communities of Practices Initiatives that would benefit from your experience and skill set.
- Solid Work Experience with Rotating Equipment:
Industry experience in the operation and/or maintenance of rotating equipment, with a focus on bearings and lubrication. - Good Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Technologies:
Practical fundamentals, diagnostics and troubleshooting of various rotating machinery problems using various condition monitoring techniques like ultrasound and vibration. - Exceptional Communication
Skills:
You will be collaborating with customers and your team daily so it’s crucial that you can communicate effectively both in-person and virtually. - Travel:
We are global and support our customers with local presence. Within your designated area, you will travel to support our customers and ensure mutual value from each visit. - Computer
Skills:
You must be confident with technology platforms (Word, Excel, Teams, CRM management, etc.).

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some weekends)
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 USD
