Client Care Specialist

Pressed Floral is a bespoke floral preservation company based in that preserves life's special moments through fine art. Serving clients nationwide, our goal is to create sentiments that will last forever.

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team at our Orem, UT location. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—whether they reach out by phone, email, or in person. You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional client experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to care and quality.

This position is full‑time and will be compensated at $16.00 per hour

• Serve as the primary receptionist and client contact for the storefront between the hours of 10am - 5pm
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders
• Communicate details about our preservation process, pricing, and timelines
• Address client concerns with empathy and care to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication across departments

• Strong communication skills
