Customer Service Representative - USCG NMC

Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a Customer Service Representative role. The position is based in Martinsburg, WV, is fully remote, and offers a salary of $35,880.00/yr. This role requires a Public Trust clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
