As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Precoa, you'll help families across the country take that first step toward pre-planning by guiding them through the RSVP process for our free community education events.

• Talk with prospective attendees and create positive, personal experiences as you guide them through registering for our events. Every call is a chance to help someone feel more confident about planning ahead.
• Share event details in a way that builds interest and confidence, making the RSVP process feel smooth and welcoming. Your energy sets the tone for the entire event experience.
• Enter and update attendee information in Salesforce so our teams can follow up with care and precision. Build sharp attention to detail and real comfort working in CRM systems.
• Partner with our Advertised Community Education Program (ACEP) team and assist with pre‑event coordination. Gain exposure to how a national program runs behind the scenes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Customer service or call center experience and a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and energize
• High attention to detail and comfort navigating tech tools like Salesforce and MS Office
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
