Manager, Dental ​/ Dentistry

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our thriving practice. You will lead the front office team, manage patient relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive practice efficiency to deliver exceptional patient care. 4 day work week.

• Direct day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring smooth front-to-back office communication.
• Ensure the office complies with all OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and order dental and front desk supplies

• Manage accounts receivable, patient billing, and process dental insurance claims.
• Resolve patient inquiries, handle grievances professionally, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient treatment data

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train front office staff.
• Determine staff schedules, approve time-off requests, and run payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members to achieve practice goals

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of dental office administration or management experience.

  Proficiency in dental practice management software and standard office applications.
