To shape the end‑to‑end user experience for a diverse range of stakeholders, the full‑time remote UX Design Manager will define and implement UI/UX standards, lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, and mentor a team of designers while actively participating in the design process.
Key responsibilities- Establish the design vision, principles, and standards for UI/UX across the company
- Lead UX design efforts across various product areas, ensuring consistency and usability
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
- 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience, with 1-2 years in a management role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design and interaction design thinking
- Experience with both modern and legacy design systems
- Proficiency in modern design tools, preferably Figma
- Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
