Architectural Drafter​/Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced drafter with at least 2 years of experience drafting and preparing construction documents. This is an in person position; no remote work. The ideal candidate would be proficient in Revit, have experience submitting documents to the city, as well as answering to city comments. This role is also in charge of facilitating communication between all parties involved.

Our firm was established in the 1980s. For years we worked on both commercial and residential. We specialize in providing comprehensive construction drawings for a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
Restaurants, Hotels, Shopping centers, Office buildings, Storage facilities, Industrial structures, Manufacturing sites, Multifamily residential units.

Our project managers collaborate closely with other experts, coordinating with engineers and consultants as necessary for each unique project. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Proficiency in Revit is required, and familiarity with building codes and standards is essential.
