Aboutthis role
As a Physician in Pulmonary Critical Care medicine you will work with a team of health‑care professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. You will be an integral member of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team caring for complex, critically ill patients in a 32‑bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
In this role you can anticipate:
- Practicing rge Regional Hospital located in St. George, Utah.
- A mix of pulmonary clinic, pulmonary consults, and ICU shifts; 1,825 hours annually (1.0 FTE)
- 32‑bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU, caring for general surgery, trauma (Level II ASC Trauma Hospital Accreditation), cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patients

$30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)

What you'll bring- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
