As a Hematology
- Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will collaborate with and have support from APPs, administrative leadership, MAs, RNs, front office support and more.

• This position includes a $50,000 sign‑on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, $
  36,000 residency stipend if applicable, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable
• You will practice rge Cancer Center
• Physician will be part of Intermountain's integrated oncology program
• Inpatient oncology services are managed by our team on a call rotation
• Full‑service infusion lab on site
• Therapeutic radiology on site
• DNA sequencing lab, and all local cancer services are housed in the new Intermountain Cancer Center on the Dixie Regional Medical Center River Road Campus
• Cancer Center is certified by the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer
• Medicare accredited hospice

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

Hourly range: $7.25 – $999.99 (actual hourly rate depends on experience). Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
