Overview

Robust General Surgery Opening in Salt Lake City Basin. We are seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join our expanding dynamic surgical team in the heart of Utah’s Salt Lake City Basin. The position will provide coverage at Tipanogos Regional and Lone Peak Hospital in a Level III trauma center.

• Join a brand new office space providing surgery coverage at Tipanogos Regional and Lone Peak Hospital.
• High acuity practice, Level III trauma center.
• Work‑life balance: shared call schedule of just 7.5 days per month with no in‑house call if within a 30‑minute commute; additional call compensation provided.
• Collaborate with a supportive team culture of 3 surgeons with expertise in bariatric, head & neck, pediatrics, non‑cardiac thoracic, and trauma.
• Professional growth opportunities to expand skills and shape the future of surgical care in the region.

• Board certified in General Surgery.
• 3‑5 years of experience in adult general surgery and trauma, with laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures.
• Experience in ICU care highly regarded.
• Light pediatric coverage; additional pediatric experience preferred but not required.
