- Elementary 1-8

- 3 years experience in a K-6 classroom
- Knowledge of effective practices aligned with the science of reading
- Experience delivering interventions in a "Walk-to-Intervention" model
- Knowledge of MTSS
- Administer district-supported diagnostic assessments.
- Meet daily with groups of 3-5 K-6 students to deliver targeted systematic interventions, including Tier III.
- Provide explicit, focused Tier II and Tier III interventions based on diagnostic assessments.
- Participate in and support K-6 teachers in ongoing instructional cycles for intervention.
- Support teachers in administering Acadience progress monitoring and adjusting pathways of progress.
- Analyze and report data, staying up-to-date with Acadience training.
- Assist school teams and administration in accessing student data and interpreting assessment results.
- Maintain professionalism with students, parents, teachers, and administration.
- Attend professional development and seek coaching opportunities.
