Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant

The Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant primarily facilitates the execution of home sporting events, including regular season contests and Crossroads League/NAIA Championship events. The Graduate Assistant will be involved in the daily functions of a Top 5 NAIA athletic department and will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of athletic operations.

A graduate assistant coach both leads a club team and serves as an assistant coach for an IWU varsity sport team (or provides similar work to the athletic department).

Provides leadership support for Indiana Wesleyan's efforts in the Intercultural & Global Office with recruiting and retaining ethnically diverse students at IWU, programming through the Intercultural & Global Office, and support across a variety of programs for diverse and global students, faculty, and staff. The assistant will collaborate closely with the office staff to plan and implement initiatives that promote the holistic well‑being and support of multicultural student‑athletes and artists.

The Administrative Office Assistant for IGO provides essential support to ensure the office's smooth and efficient operation. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, manages various administrative tasks, and plays a key role in supporting the office’s Kingdom Diversity initiatives.

The Director of Co‑Curricular Programming is responsible for the direct production, expansion, and strategic execution of campus‑wide student programming at Indiana Wesleyan University. This role provides primary leadership for the Student Activities Council (SAC), ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑impact, high‑frequency programming that enhances campus life. Through a structured programming model, this position oversees both large‑scale signature events and ongoing, rapid‑deploy programmatic opportunities, resulting in a visible and consistent student experience across the academic calendar.

The Director also leads the execution of New Student Orientation (NSO) as a foundational engagement experience and oversees co‑curricular communication and engagement platforms, including Wildcat Life (Modern Campus: Involve), to maximize student participation, awareness, and overall program effectiveness.

Provides Academic Advising and other student support services for online and onsite National & Global students as they pursue various degree and certificate programs. Services provided include academic advising, planning and scheduling out courses to degree completion, acting as a student advocate; assisting students with all academic needs related to completing their degree, and developing means of communication and support to students.

May work two days from any of our regional IWU Education Centers (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky) and three days remote in a hybrid work environment.

The Head Coach is responsible for the men's and women's tennis budget, strategic planning, courts and facilities, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion and leadership of the team.

The Enrollment Counselor for International Student Programs (ISP) serves as a recruiter, driving student enrollment by proactively engaging with prospective international students and guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to course start. This role is centered on achieving enrollment targets by building strong relationships, effectively presenting program offerings, providing F1 student visa guidance, and addressing concerns to facilitate a smooth transition into their academic journey.
