Toddler Child Care Teacher
A to Z Building Blocks is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Toddler Child Care Teacher to join our team. Our toddler classrooms are full of energy, curiosity, and discovery, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences while helping children reach important developmental milestones.

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
- Consistent weekly hours

What You'll Do
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging toddler classroom
- Plan and participate in hands-on learning experiences, sensory activities, music, art, and outdoor play
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and language development
- Guide toddlers through daily routines, including meals, diapering, potty training, naps, and transitions
- Encourage independence while providing a nurturing and caring environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide exceptional child care
What We're Looking For

- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and nurturing classroom
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable being active throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Child care, daycare, preschool, nanny, or toddler teaching experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers is strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Food Handler Permit, or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to complete required child care training
