Role
Tutor - You will work with the Instructor to assist their 101 Financial Student(s) in completing upfront Financial Analysis, completion of homework, answering questions and provide between class support.
Responsibilities- Schedule times to provide help and tutoring between classes to help Student be prepared for the next class.
- Update the Client Relationship Software as to Student progress.
- Collaborate on a weekly basis with Instructor on student assistance.
- Facilitate student success.
- Maintain a culture and approach where the student feels supported and hopeful.
- Help student graduate to whatever level of class or level of knowledge they want.
- Generate Post-course completion Referrals.
- Big heart and willingness to serve others.
- Positive Outlook
- Ability to validate and encourage others
- Basic Spreadsheet knowledge
- Proof that you know how to help others
- High School Graduate or GED
- Health Care 80/20 plan with Nationally recognized Provider, Dental, Eyecare, HSA or 401K
- Gym Membership
Customer Service
HoursFT and PT Shifts available from 7am - 12 pm
