Adjunct Instructor - K-12 Educational Leadership

Position Announcement

We are seeking a K-12 clinical supervisor for K-12 Education Leadership program.

• Present clinical process and program to students
  • Meet with new students and mentors to review the program and plan opportunities
  • Review student logs and give feedback twice each semester
  • Assist students in finding clinical opportunities when needed
  • Troubleshoot clinical issues if they arise

  • Assist students in preparing logs, reflections, and final presentations
  • Troubleshoot clinical issues if they arise
  • Assist in the final evaluation of students for licensure recommendation

• Master's degree (or Doctorate) in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in educational leadership roles, such as school principal, district administrator, or similar positions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Extensive knowledge of subject matter and course content of classes to be taught, instructional strategies, and techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of student management, motivation, and evaluation.
• Extensive knowledge of evaluation of instruction, curriculum development, program development, and evaluation.
• Thorough knowledge of the appropriate field of study.
• Thorough knowledge of counseling and advising techniques.
• Effective human relations skills and communication techniques.
• Skill in public speaking and report writing.
• Ability to apply effectively general principles to specific conditions.
• Ability to follow written and oral procedures and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively with people.
