Director of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead and oversee the engineering team, drive technical innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role will focus on aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, optimizing processes, and mentoring a high-performing team.

• Provide leadership and direction for all engineering activities.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that support business objectives and growth.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity and project success.

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.

• Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff to achieve high performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Quality, to align engineering efforts with company goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications.
• Project management or industry-specific engineering certifications.

• Salary range: $140,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
