Location:

Roy, UT & Manhattan Beach, CA.

Program:
Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division.

• Develop use cases, define and allocate requirements, conduct functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with program Integrated Product Team (IPT) counterparts to produce systems engineering and design artifacts.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to mature architecture content for large program designs.
• Incorporate appropriate requirements into system models and ensure proper representation.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
• Contribute to requirement development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration.

• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance at the time of application (investigation date within the last 6 years).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period.
• For Principal Systems Engineer (T-03):
  Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years experience; 3 years experience with a Master's; 1 year experience with a PhD.
• 1+ year experience developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or similar tools.
• 1+ year experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) or complex aerospace/defense systems.
• 1+ year experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
• 1+ year experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.
• For Senior Principal Systems Engineer (T-04): 8 years related experience (Bachelor), 6 years with Master, 4 years with PhD.
• 2+ years experience in requirements management, analysis, and allocation.
• 2+ years experience with Model-Based Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBE/MBSE) practices, languages, or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or Magic
  
  DRAW.
• 2+ years experience with one or more of the following:
  Command & Control (C2), physical security, cybersecurity, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development (e.g., Sentinel, Minute Man III, B-2, B-21).

• Additional 1+ years developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or similar tools.
• Self‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with minimal oversight and ability to recommend process improvements to leadership.
