• Be enrolled in an approved degree program with a status of a sophomore level or equivalent.
• Access to transportation to and from our plant.
• Accumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Acceptance and appreciation of our safety practices and procedures.
