About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in orchestrating unforgettable events? As our Meeting Planner, you'll be the maestro of the planning process, ensuring everything from venue selection to onsite execution is nothing short of spectacular. Your organizational prowess and dynamic communication skills will shine as you collaborate with clients and vendors alike to create seamless experiences. Good At
- Being the go‑to person for clients, expertly managing all event milestones and communications.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to achieve maximum value.
- Crafting and maintaining detailed budgets while brainstorming creative cost‑saving ideas.
- Coordinating top‑notch attendee communications and registration platforms that engage and inform.
- Creating a positive and memorable experience for clients, attendees, and team members alike.
- 3+ years of experience as a meeting planner, planning corporate events, incentives and trade shows.
- A knack for juggling multiple priorities and working well under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that resonate with all levels of an organization.
- A background working with global teams across different time zones.
- A degree from a 4‑year institution (bonus points!).
- This role is virtual, open to candidates located in the US, UK, Germany or the Netherlands. For candidates located in the US, the role will follow the Eastern or Central time zone.
- This role will travel about 25% of the time.
- We are looking for a candidate that is bilingual (English/Spanish, or English/German preferred).

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:
Less than 25%.
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner is between $57,000 and $76,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
