I am seeking someone who is willing to start a new branch office for a rapidly growing organization who is also an owner in the business. Ideally, the work would start as part time and then build to full time as you establish the office. You will be able to participate in both commissions from business you write yourself, as well as commission overrides for others in your team.

Again, all income is derived 100% from commissions only.

Ideal candidates for this opportunity will possess an ability for time management, be willing to commit to the goals and mission of the business, a willingness to recruit, a willingness to lead, a willingness to learn and to work within a system (we aren’t looking for a different way of doing things), and a desire and willingness to help others.

The business:
We are in financial services with a huge platform of financial products and services, including investments, life insurance, annuities, estate planning, college planning, retirement planning, etc. However, we don’t worry about selling anything.

Instead, our focus is on offering a free education in personal finance to anyone willing to participate. We offer free workshops, with no sales agenda, in many subjects related to understanding how to manage personal finances. The kind of things not normally taught at school – budgeting, getting out of debt, how to save, grow and protect money, financial goal setting and management, managing taxes efficiently, etc.

Even though there is no sales agenda, as people go through the workshops, all on their own they recognize needs they have and ask for help with those needs.

As a financial professional it is your job for yourself, as well as leading others in your team, to coach and guide people to help them construct a holistic plan to achieve their future financial freedom.

We have offices all across the US and Canada with a total number of agents surpassing 39,000. I am looking for someone to lead a team and an office for agents within your city.
